Harland B. Wells is a business and family man specializing in real estate development and convenience store ownership. He began in real estate in 1966 and has over 50 years of experience. He loves real estate because it is a win-win for the seller and the buyer. He plans to continue selling building sites, commercial sites, and owning convenience stores.
Perkins is home for Harland and he has been a proud resident since 1966. He has helped accomplish the building of Perkins from just a small town of 700 to a thriving community of over 3000. He is passionate about continuing to build and support Perkins. He enjoys the excitement of putting together business deals.
