Perkins is a small town in Oklahoma with a rich frontier heritage dating back to 1891 with an award winning Main Street. It was the home of the original cowboy, Frank Eaton “Pistol Pete”. It is also the home of the Iowa Tribe.

It is conveniently located with a short drive to Oklahoma State University, home of the new state of the art McKnight Performing Arts Center as well as Langston University. It is also less than an hour drive from both Oklahoma City and Tulsa.

  • Oklahoma State University (Stillwater) is 10 miles North—Langston University is 15 miles West; both bring traffic (and business) to Perkins
