Harland B. Wells is a business and family man specializing in real estate development and convenience store ownership. He began in real estate in 1966 and has over 50 years of experience. He loves real estate because it is a win-win for the seller and the buyer. He plans to continue selling building sites, commercial sites, and owning convenience stores.
Perkins is home for Harland and he has been a proud resident since 1966. He has helped accomplish the building of Perkins from just a small town of 700 to a thriving community of over 3000. He was the founding member and a continuous member of the Perkins Chamber of Commerce. He is passionate about continuing to build and support Perkins. He enjoys the excitement of putting together business deals.
Before finding his niche in real-estate, he explored the worlds of selling cars, food service, and insurance. Real-estate was the right fit and is proven through his client’s success. All of his clients who have bought property and maintained it have done very well and increased their profits.
